Horse Creek Woodworks has fabricated custom glue racks for both straight and radius panels. Attention to detail is time well spent in the preparation in creating your custom panels.
- Time spent with grain and color matching gives the best look possible to the panel.
- Great care is taken with dry fitting so there will be minimal stress in the panel once glued.
Our most recent project was creating 16 panels of 24” x 96” vertical grain hemlock. These panels were also glued up for the required thickness in which we utilized our custom vacuum press. This project required the sourcing of wood from our west coast supplier. The finished product was then shipped to New York.
